bulletTrust & Probate Administration: Our trust and probate administration practice provides step-by-step guidance to trustees and executors throughout the administration process, whether the administration is a formal court-supervised probate or an informal administration of a living trust.  Our services can include the inventory and valuation of assets, the statutory notification of beneficiaries and heirs, creditor issues, preparation of estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns, distribution of trust assets to irrevocable trusts and beneficiaries, preparation of accountings, titling of assets, preparation and filing of necessary court documents, and advising the client in all areas of administration matters, whether complex or straight-forward, big or small.

bulletEstate Taxes, Gift Taxes and Fiduciary Income Taxes: Our firm has prepared numerous estate and gift tax returns and is available to assist personal representatives or other attorneys in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. We also specialize in fiduciary income tax return preparation–income tax returns for trusts and estates. These areas of taxation are very complex, and we have the expertise to assist our clients with their tax issues.
